Using Advanced Equipment
We have 165 Sumitomo injection machines and 35 automatic production lines. Most of our machines come from overseas such as Agie wire cutting machine, Agie EDM, Makino, Fanuc, Roders CNC, Zeiss 3D measurement equipment, gear test center from Osaka and Osaka gear meshing test center.

Gearbox Design Introduction
We established gearbox design platform which is for parameter setting up, profile creation and 3D simulation of volute gear, cone gear, face gear, arc gear, and gained much experience for automation and design software development. Our gearbox design platform has advantage in modification coefficient setting up, pressure angle calculation and backlash control. It can be used for gearbox noise improvement and life time optimization at the gearbox preliminary design stage.
